§ Mr. RifkindNo. The £3.8 million which, as announced on 16 March, has been added to the Housing Corporation's provisional allocation of £69 million for 1981–82 is available only for allocation by the corporation to registered housing associations. I made it clear to the Housing Corporation that these extra resources were intended for projects involving sheltered housing and housing for the mentally and physically handicapped.
