§ Mr. Pavittasked the Secretary of State for Social Services, in view of the fact that a bona fide resident, of Gujerati origin, in Brent, South has been charged medical fees because of inadequate understanding of the patient's entitlement, if he will ensure that reimbursement is made; and if he will make a statement on the procedure to be followed to obtain reimbursement in such cases.
