§ Mr. RidleyRights envisaged by the heads of agreement have still to be negotiated, but will not involve any diminution of Belize sovereignty within its existing frontiers.
§ Mr. Palmerasked the Lord Privy Seal if it is his policy that no territory belonging to Belize should be ceded to the Republic of Guatemala without the approval of the people of Belize.
