§ Mr. Wyn RobertsOur economic policies are designed to reduce inflation and create the conditions for sustainable growth of output and employment. The Port Talbot travel-to-work area has been given special development area status and we are pressing ahead with the completion of the M4 and with the provision of industrial sites and factories. The whole area, including the Upper Afan valley, will thus be better placed to attract new employment.
