§ Mr. D. E. Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales how many copies of the report of Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Schools on the state of eduction in Wales have been produced; to whom they have been sent; and where they are available.
§ Mr. Michael Roberts700 copies of the report were produced. At the same time as it was released to the press, copies were sent to Members for Welsh constituencies, Welsh local authorities, the Welsh Joint Education Committee, colleges of higher and further education and agriculture in Wales, the Schools Council, National Museum of Wales, National Union of Students, Wales Council for the Disabled, Church bodies concerned with education and organisations representing local authorities, teachers, parents and both sides of industry. Copies have also been placed in the Vote Office and the Library of the House of Commons and the Printed Paper Office and the Library of the House of Lords. Further copies are available on request from the Welsh Office.
