§ Sir George YoungYes. As the hon. Member is aware, the case of this boy—who is now 13 years of age—is being kept under review so that he may be discharged or transferred to less secure accommodation at the earliest possible moment, but such action is not yet considered appropriate by those responsible for his care at Moss Side hospital. However, a special review of the case is to be undertaken shortly and I have called for a report on this.
