§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe HSIP form to be filled in by local authorities in Wales has to be designed to enable the Welsh Office to exercise its responsibilities in respect of housing and to fit with the local authority capital expenditure control system. The information required for 9W these purposes will continue to be kept to a minimum. The form used in England is designed for the particular needs there.
