§ Mrs. Sally OppenheimFalse or misleading indications that goods conform to an established standard are prohibited under the Trade Descriptions Act 1968. Enforcement of the Act's requirements is primarily the responsibility of local authority trading standards departments; but I will look into the matter raised by the hon. Member if he will send me further details.
