§ Mr. David Youngasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if, in view of the administrative pressures on the education authority, he will now indicate to the authority what action he expects it to take if his decision on Bolton comprehensive proposals is delayed beyond 30 March.
§ Dr. BoysonMy right hon. and learned Friend is considering Bolton's proposals and will announce his decision as soon as possible. In the meantime it is for the authority to take such action as it considers prudent to prepare for the school year 1981–82.
