§ Mr. Wyn RobertsLetters were sent to Welsh local authorities on 25 March notifying them of changes in the housing element of their main capital allocation for 1981–82 in line with the undertaking given to them when the allocations were announced in December. I have placed a sample copy of the letters and a table showing details for each authority in the Library.
