§ The Prime MinisterNo. I see no reason to change the present arrangements whereby in England my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Environment and in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland the respective Secretaries of State have special regard to monitoring the overall effect of our policies on rural areas.
