§ Mr. Peter Rees[pursuant to his reply, 25 March 1981]: No prosecutions have been initiated under the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act 1976 itself, but prosecutions have been taken under Customs legislation for evasion of the import and export restrictions imposed by the Act, as follows:
