§ The Prime MinisterDundee receives the highest priority because of its special development area status, and the Scottish Development Agency is engaged in a £6 million industrial development programme in the city. To help those unable to find work, the Government are expanding the programme of special employment and training measures. In the long term, employment prospects in Dundee, as elsewhere, depend on the success of our policies to control inflation and restore economic competitiveness.
