§ Mr. KingNo specific financial support will be made available by Government for the Leeds-Bradford airport runway extension. Over the four years up to and including 1984–85, capital expenditure by West Yorkshire county council, Leeds city council and Bradford city council on this project is expected to amount to about £13.8 million at November 1980 prices. This expenditure will be 373W financed from the three local authorities' own resources. It will be for the authorities themselves to decide how to finance the expenditure—whether from borrowing, contributions from revenue, trading income or a combination of sources.
