§ Sir George YoungThe Department is meeting representatives of the Association of County Councils, the Association of Metropolitan Authorities, the British Agencies for Adoption and Fostering, and the National Council of Voluntary Child Care Organisations on 26 March to discuss the further implementation of the Act.
