§ Mr. John Cartwrightasked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many of the widows who had their national insurance widows' benefit withdrawn during the years 1976 to 1980 inclusive on the grounds of cohabitation (a) appealed against this decision and (b) had their appeals upheld.
