§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe community enterprise programme, which replaces the special temporary employment programme on 1 April, was launched by the chairman of the Manpower Services Commission at a 303W press conference held on 11 February. Details of the scheme are available from any of the area offices of the MSC's special programmes division.
I understand from the chairman of the Manpower Services commission that the element of the programme which will provide funds for partnerships involving the private sector, public and community bodies in the creation of new enterprises is still under consideration.
