§ Mr. WigginThe precise sums payable to distillers in accordance with protocol 19 to the Treaty of Accession and the method of payment will depend on regulations still under discussion in Brussels. But the refunds should be payable both restrospectively to August 1973 and on a continuing basis hereafter.
