§ Mr. Stoddartasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will introduce legislation to amend the Housing Act 1980 to provide that houses of unique historical and architectural characteristics and interest owned by local authorities should be exempted from the provisions of the right-to-buy sections of that Act.
