§ Rev. Ian Paisleyasked the Prime Minister why the European Economic Community Commission, despite its request in a letter of 23 February 1979 to the United Kingdom Government, has to date not received all the necessary information it requires to enable it to evaluate the allocation of aid from the European regional development fund in the United Kingdom budget; and if she will undertake to have this information supplied forthwith so that a proper and conclusive examination may be made of the question of 'additionality'.
