§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will obtain and place in the Library a copy of the report of the Special Committee of the Canadian Parliament on the Disabled and the Handicapped.
§ Mr. Pym[pursuant to his reply, 18 March 1981, c. 103]: Earlier today Mr. David Smith, Chairman of the Special Committee of the Canadian Parliament on the Disabled and the Handicapped, presented me with a copy of the report. It has been placed in the Library of the House with the copy deposited there on Monday 16 March.
