§ The Prime MinisterI am always ready to meet my own constituents in the constituency; otherwise delegations are received by the Secretary of State of the Department concerned. Consequently, my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Social Services met the delegation on my behalf, and had a useful discussion with it.
