§ Mr. Wyn RobertsI am satisfied that present controls are adequate, when properly enforced and applied. As it is possible for any unadopted sewerage system to come before me under the appeal provisions of the Public Health Act 1936, I am unable, except in that context, to discuss individual cases. I am dealing with three such appeals at present.
