§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will appoint an advisory committee on economic affairs, consisting of three representatives from both Houses of Parliament, three from the TUC and the CBI, three from the universities and two from the Treasury to advise him and to check the Treasury officials on their advice to Ministers and to consider proposals for budgetary changes and to recommend by March of each year.
