§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales what financial measures are being devoted to ensure that more resources will be devoted to non-Welsh speaking children under 5 years old in the year 1981–82 as compared with the previous year; and if he is satisfied that the money available is adequate compared with the money made available for Welsh language education for the under-fives on a child-by-child basis.
