How many people travelled from London to Scotland in 1980 by (i) air, (ii) rail, or (iii) bus/coach respectively; and

How many people travelled from Scotland to London in 1980 by (i) air, (ii) rail, or (iii) bus/coach respectively.

This information is not available in the form required in the two Questions. I am, however, able to give the following estimates which will give an indication of the annual average volume of travel by adult residents (16 years and over) during the period mid-1974—mid-1979, between London and Scotland.
