§ Mr. Neil MartenProject commitments under the 1974 aid agreements are being met. Most of the £2.25 million is spent, but expenditure in 1980 was £259,000, excluding aid provided through multilateral institutions. No new aid agreement is proposed, but we shall keep this under review.
