§ Mr. Iain Millsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will make available (a) circular 42/55 of August 1955 on the nature of the green belt in the Birmingham and Coventry area and (b) the Secretary of State's decision on the determination of the planning appeal for a major oil terminal on the site now occupied by the National Exhibition Centre at Bickenhill, Solihull, West Midlands, around 1970, available to parties in the West Midland structure plan for examination in public.
