§ Mr. RossiMy right hon. Friend has no plans to prescribe emphysema as an industrial disease under the Social Security Act 1975 because he is advised that the current state of medical knowledge does not enable it to be shown that the requirements for prescription set out in section 76(2) of that Act are satisfied.
