§ Mr. Peter MorrisonMy officials are exploring with the Manpower Services Commission the feasibility of providing for unemployed young people up to 1,000 places which the Army has offered to make available for about six months, at a cost of about £2 million. No decision has been taken whether such a scheme would be appropriate to the youth opportunities programme.
