§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what response he intends to make to the proposal put to him by the Association of County Councils recreation committee for a tripartite meeting between himself, the Arts Council and local government representatives, on future constitutional and financial arrangements for the arts.
