§ Mr. Michael Brownasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will list those members of the Manpower Services Commission who represent the views of the smaller business.
§ Mr. Peter MorrisonIn accordance with section 1 of the Employment and Training Act 1973,1 have appointed three members of the Manpower Services Commission following consultation with the Confederation of British Industry as the organisation which represents employers generally.
The Government are concerned to ensure that the services operated by the commission take full account of the needs of smaller businesses.
