(2) if he will make a statement on the work of the International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property.

Our notification of withdrawal from the International Centre for the Study of the Preservation and Restoration of Cultural Property was a matter of financial priorities. It did not indicate any dissatisfaction with the organisation's performance.
