§ Mr. Harry Ewingasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will arrange to publish in the Official Report the terms of the letter sent by the Under-Secretary of State for Scotland, the hon. Member for Edinburgh, North (Mr. Fletcher), to Queens Park football club arising from his reply to the hon. Member for Stirling, Falkirk and Grangemouth on 15 December 1980, about which Queens Park football club has complained in its letter to the Minister dated 3 March 1981.
