Members to calculate percentages from published figures; when this change of policy occurred; and if she will ensure a return to the previous system.
§ The Prime MinisterAs I told the hon. Member in my answer of 5 February, the position remains that departmental Ministers are responsible for deciding the form of answer to questions addressed to them. There has been no change in this general policy.
