§ Mr. Wyn RobertsI have received representations from one district council through an hon. Member. I have not had any discussions with the Welsh water authority on this matter, but, because the relevant legislation applies to England and Wales, Welsh Office officials are in touch with the Department of the Environment, which has received similar representations from a number of sources.
