§ Mr. MonroIt would not be appropriate for me to announce details of expenditure by the trustees of the national heritage memorial fund. The trustees are an independent body, who control their own finances. They are required under section 7 of the National Heritage Act 1980 to report to Ministers on their activities as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year. Copies of this report will be laid before Parliament.
