§ Mr. Peter Rees[pursuant to his reply, 26 February 1981, c. 442]With the co-operation of the oil industry, the Inland Revenue carried out a survey last year of employment on oil and gas developments offshore. This has been helpful in establishing the extent to which employers comply with PAYE obligations. The general area is one which we shall continue to keep under close review.
