§ Mr. Beithasked the Attorney-General what is the total number of holders of judicial appointments and retired holders of judicial appointments who have had, or are entitled to have, their pensions calculated on a basis which includes an accrual rate of one-fortieth of annual salary.
§ The Attorney-GeneralOn 27 February the holders of judicial appointments whose pensions fell within the general responsibility of the Lord Chancellor and who were eligible to have their pensions calculated on the basis referred to were as follows:

I understand that 167 pensions in respect of former office holders listed above and 153 pensions in respect of their dependants were in payment on that day.
