§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe last Welsh house condition survey, in 1976, showed that 9.6 per cent. of all houses in Wales were unfit. The Welsh housing and dwelling survey, carried out in 1978 and 1979, did not include questions on unfitness. I refer the hon.
