§ 67. Mr. Trippierasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will set up a review of the factors relating to leisure and recreation taken into account in calculating the needs element of the rate support grant.
§ Mr. KingDiscussions with the local authority associations on the grant-related expenditure assessments for 1982–83 will start shortly. We are always prepared to consider improvements to any aspect of the assessments.
