§ Mr. Patrick JenkinNo. Public opinion is now clearly in favour of restrictions on smoking in public places and those responsible for them have responded by greatly increasing provision for non-smokers. I hope they will continue to do so, and on an increasing scale to meet the needs of those who wish neither to smoke nor to inhale others' smoke.
