§ Mr. RossiMy hon. Friend met a deputation from the National Old Age Pensioners' Association of Wales on 20 October last. As to the index-linking of retirement pensions, she assured the deputation that they would be price-protected. I have no record of more recent representations on this matter from pensioners' organisations in Wales.
