§ The Prime MinisterLord Diplock's first report as monitor of the arrangements for interception set out in Cmnd. 7873 is published today. I am grateful to Lord Diplock for the conscientiousness with which he has undertaken his review and for the thoroughness of his report. I welcome his intention to continue his system of random checks.
