§ Mr. Staintonasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will make a statement on the Government's reaction to the recommendations of Professor Lawther's working party to consider the health effect of lead in the environment and on his Department's report on the costs and energy penalties of further action to reduce vehicle lead emissions.
