§ 54. Mr. Hooleyasked the Lord Privy Seal whether any accord has been reached with the Government of Zimbabwe about the future studies, and their financing of Zimbabwean students currently completing A-level courses in the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. Neil MartenThe Zimbabwe Government have asked us and we have agreed to finance awards at higher level, subject to examination results, for 209 of these students in this country. In addition, some students will be supported for further studies in Zimbabwe.
