§ The Prime MinisterThe report of the supplementary benefits review team recognised that further study was needed on the problem of people without a settled way of living. We are at present considering how best to carry forward its proposals for a more wide-ranging review of policy in this area, in the light of the recent legislative changes and other developments since 1978—when the report was published.
