United Kingdom exports of lamb and sheepmeat to European Community countries between November 1980 and January 1981 amounted to 11,061 tonnes, compared with 13,002 tonnes for the corresponding period 12 months earlier.
Provisional indicators for February 1981 and information provided by exporters indicate that since then, exports have dropped to a level further below last year's sendings.
