§ Dr. BoysonA reference to the hazards of glue sniffing is contained in my Department's publication "Health Education in Schools". My right hon. and learned Friend has had no consultations with local authorities on this matter nor have any authorities sought his advice. The Government are continuing to examine ways in which glue sniffing can best be prevented.
