§ Mr. Gregor MacKenzieasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will publish in the Official Report the annual number of convictions in Scotland for crimes of 102W murder, culpable homicide and attempted murder from 1960 to the latest available date; and if he will publish figures for the same period covering convictions for the total number of summary offences.
§ Mr. YoungerFigures for the number of murders, culpable homicides and attempted murders, where a charge was proved, and the number of persons against whom a charge is proved in a summary court are published in the annual volume "Criminal Statistics, Scotland". The latest figures, for 1979, have not yet been published and are given below:
